A good joint of sirloin gently roasted for a couple of hours for a Sunday Roast is pretty awesome,If its a Steak I'm going for then a nice piece of Rib Eye medium Rare hits the spot every time.
IMO I think the best way to taste the meat is just season thye steak with salt and pepper and rub in a drizzle of oil.That way you just get the pure taste of the meat . Sauces and marinades are okay and add to the overall dining experience but for the purest taste just lightly seasones and grilled or fried is the way to go.
