Lord of the Rings, hands down. It's my favourite book of all time and when I heard they were making it into a movie I was very nervous. Most movie adaptations of books that I've read are disappointing to me because they never do the book justice, IMO. All things considered, I thought they did an excellent job with LOTR, though. Not only is it my favourite book, it's up there among my favourite movies as well. :thumbup

I really liked film. I agree the book was better, but the film wasn't bad either.

I don't like BR II much though.

Im not really a fan of reading..and well all the books I have read have never been made into films lol..but from what I have heard..LOTR wasnt that great as they missed loads out right? The same with the Harry Potter films..
