oh, I do need to clarify something though... I went back and looked at the original thread, and he didn't outright say that guys taking baths was gay. He just said that it was feminine and "real" men should take showers, or bathe in Castrol 10W-30.

I prefer the oil, if only you had put that up I would of voted for that :ninja

I used to take baths. I mean, if I wanted to take a bath I would, but I prefer taking a shower to taking a bath; that's just preference to me though.

I soaked my feet in my bidet last night. A mini bath for them, if you will. They were cold, it warmed them up

If you take reasonable shower, (unlike Abcinthia ) you most likely use much less water than when you take a bath.

I take long showers, depends if I have to wash my hair though. I always turn off the water when I shave my legs too so I don't waste water lol.

But seriously, wallowing in your own filth? That's not really how the hot water and soap combination of a bath works. In brief:

When water is heated, it's molecules spread out. This has the effect of making water "wetter". Now, add soap to that and you've got the "wettest" water you can find. Soap removes the surface tension that exists between your skin and the water. What this allows for is the dirt on your skin to leave the skin and enter the water. The dirt is now part of the water, but it's no longer on your skin.

This is the same principle that allows you to do the washing up, or wash your hands with soap and water. And it's the same principle you use to wash your clothes too.

can you get a whiff of your crotch just by bending over or do you need to use your finger for a swab?
