But seriously, wallowing in your own filth? That's not really how the hot water and soap combination of a bath works. In brief:

When water is heated, it's molecules spread out. This has the effect of making water "wetter". Now, add soap to that and you've got the "wettest" water you can find. Soap removes the surface tension that exists between your skin and the water. What this allows for is the dirt on your skin to leave the skin and enter the water. The dirt is now part of the water, but it's no longer on your skin.

This is the same principle that allows you to do the washing up, or wash your hands with soap and water. And it's the same principle you use to wash your clothes too.

I shower in the morning and even in the evening when I get home from work, I only take baths to relax....and I don't use 'soap' I use moisturizing bubble bath, the kind that leaves a body soft and silky smooth.....and clean....lol A bath always helps me relax....it just washes away the stress. Whatever works, right?

Well the thought of being gay just because you're taking a bath never occurred to me. Kinda suprised anyone could think so. Nevertheless i bathe, sometimes I even read in the tub. ; )
