I have a tens unit and use it quite a bit but what I found that's better than anything so far is a product called Voltaren and it's available over the counter, at least in Canada. Any pharmacy should have it. That stuff works wonders and I suggest you try that before the tens. You'll be glad you did. Until I found that stuff I tried damn near everything else on the market.
