Awwww..... Sorry you're dealing with that. Hubby gets them every single day of his life! He takes muscle relaxers for it. Doesn't always work though.

i woke up at 330 am when i rolled over in bed! i was on flexeril but now they gave me baclofen today. hopefully it will work cause now my whole back hurts from the upper part

If you can afford to buy one..... get a Shiatsu Massage Cushion. I got hubby one for Christmas..... and I just love it too!

I agree with the Shiatsu massage cushion -works well :thumbup:

I am not sure if it will work for you as it does mine.....Try lying down on a flat board placed on top of the bed cushion/mattress ( bed cushion depresses at certain points and aggravates back's mal-alignment)

Yup they do and I've been dealing with them for years due to degenerating discs. I had a full spinal CT Scan done last Sunday and I'll know within 1 week if I'm a candidate for surgery or if I have to want until I'm a full blooded cripple which is almost the case now so it seems. To be quite honest I don't know if I want to know. The risks are many and other options are few.

Chronic and or constant pain wears a person down in a hurry and makes living not so much fun sometimes but I do manage to drag my ass out of the rack and go to work every day. I don't give up easily.
