Are you riding Jesus or are you elevating him?

No matter the views of one individual or a mass we must learn to respect their opinions and ideals so long as it does not harm anyone physically. Though, in my own opinion, I think in order for us to move forward towards peace we must start accepting different beliefs and ideals overall. It should not define who we are as a person, but how unique we are as a human beings. Freedom of thought is a precious gift and we should learn to respect everyone's thoughts no matter if they contradict our own beliefs. At least we share one thing in common and that is a vision of peace. Perhaps not all of us, but most of us. Just my own thoughts as usual.

Do you respect the thinking displayed in these?

Does he respect other people's opinion? I do, but he just blatantly slams organised religion as things that hate other people, is it hate to tell other people the difference between right and wrong?

That is pretty much where I'm at. There is nothing that should indicate any more certainty than that.

I was basically where you two are. Until my apotheosis. Not that big a deal and I have no proof to show.

I did have to recognize the evolving perfection of things before i could move on though.

This type of thinking is true and is seeable in the natural conditions we live in.

Look outside and if you start to see the evolving perfection there then that is progress.

I did say that I respect all beliefs and ideals so long as they did not harm the masses or individuals in physical manner, but just because I might respect some aspects of other people's lives does not automatically make me a supporter. I do not believe in harming someone as part of a religion or ideal, but I can not ridicule their traditions that they have practiced for years upon years. It is easy at times to point fingers at what is wrong in life because your surroundings were not that of the people in the video. You did not grow up in that environment so you can not judge what is happening, but I do understand that you may have an opinion about it. We all do in one way or another, but that is just that...an opinion. Not judgement. Sure, the world is corrupt and we do see a lot of evil being done to our fellow man, but should we just keep pointing fingers? Shall we continue to blame God? Shall we just keep posting videos of the horrors? Or perhaps we should do something about it, but again...in order to do so...we must first accept one another for who and what we are. As I have stated before in my previous post, we are responsible for the world as it is today in this day and age. It is our responsibility to change that immediately. Sure, it seems impossible and too late. But nothing worthing fighting for is ever easy and never is too late to start on. Just my own thoughts though.

It is alright to enlighten someone on your views of right and wrong, but we must do so with respect and patience. By insulting them or ridiculing what they believe is true is only adding fuel to the fire. Besides, one must never stoop to the level of those who wish to discuss things without an open mind. If an agreement can not be made on a certain discussion or point of view then respectfully disagree and respect their own beliefs as well. We all can not agree on things and that is the way the world works these days, but we can be respectful to one another and change the way we act towards one another these days as well. Just my own opinion though.
