A man went to the defense authorities for renewal of some document. He was asked to show his National Identity card which he did. Often in developed countries age in years is mentioned rather than date of birth.
The defense official refused to grant renewal for the reason that the age of the applicant as appearing on his ID card was not the same as he was now.
