Girl, the most miserable heat - and I DO mean miserable - is in the state of Louisiana. It's like liquid heat. You walk out the door and immediately turn into a puddle. :yuk

Humidity here will take it out of you no matter the temperature but we started hitting 100 this year in early May and flirted with 100 last week.

I can't stand in the heat. And I live in a city where we deal with 90*+ weather for at least 6 or 7 months out of the year. My car's thermostat told me on the way home a bit ago that it was 113 outside. I'm sure it was over-exaggerating a bit, but just the same, how hot does it have to be for my car to think it's 113?

I can't wait to get away from this city.

Sod that. People moan about the English weather being crappy alot. But honestly. I would prefer wind and rain over heat any day!

Buses are unbearable in the heat. I walk when I can than get a bus.

Too many people means their body heat heats up the bus even more. And I always seem to get the bus with the crazies who SHUT THE WINDOWS AND MOAN WHEN THEY ARE OPENED when it's stupidly hot. Not that bus goes fast enough to get a breeze coming in through the window anyway.

And not forgetting body odour on buses which is so much worse in the heat *vomits*

I had to get buses a lot in the summer when I was pregnant. I was hot and bothered and felt very sick because I was pregnant. Then I was trapped on a hot bus with smelly people who'd shut the window I just opened to let in a bit of fresh air. The end result was that I was VERY VERY hot, very bothered, dizzy, faint and very very nauseous.

We are expecting 70's for a high and last nights low was probably in the 40's. My favorite weather.

I am a fan of hot weather for about three hours in a day, then I'm ready for it to be cool again. :D
