I suppose the heat is different in other parts of the world. In the UK, it is more of a suffocating heat.
Hence why I am so pale. hate walking in it lol

Other way round for me. Easier to warm up then to cool down.

At least you got blankets, jumpers, fires etc to warm you up. Cooling down is a nightmare. Ice-creams, cold drinks don't do nothing.

i meant for body. it takes more energy from your body to warm yourself up than it does to cool down. whether you have blankets, heaters, fires, etc. your body still uses more energy to help warm up

Walking in a dry heat doesn't bother me. It's the humid heat that I find dreadful.
