........But once again I get tired of being the only one that gets questioned and people trying to tell me what I am. Go question someone else if you must. This gets old. It really does. You don't see me constantly giving you the third about being whatever it is that you label yourself as. I really wish you'd stop. You do this in thread after thread. Maybe you could make this your new years resolution - ;) :p

Why's you think I put in the :popcorn2: Grace. Saw it coming. :D

I tend to like Greek Mythology. I think they had it going on. :) I wonder if in a thousand years they will look back at all the stories of one God and have another higher power they look to? :dunno

I've always wondered that myself. We look back and think previous religions were dumb with what we now know (the Sun isn't pulled by a chariot across the sky, etc...). Makes me wonder what future people will think of us.

What future? Don't you know that any day now the Christians are going to get sucked up into the heavens by God's giant Hoover?

What? This isn't how it works? :( Makes perfect sense to me though.

Grace, not trying to bash you about this but do you believe in Jesus as your personal saviour? Because from what I've always learnt, that is being a Christian, by definition.

I believe in it because I see all the wonderful things that arn't man made on earth and find it highly unlikely it just got their by chance.

It would take hours of convo in person to explain why I personally believe that there is a higher power.

There are just too many things I've experienced and been a witness to to not believe.

I've also not had anything else bring me such peace inside. The type of peace I feel inside feels ... feels ... well ... supernatural I guess would be a good way to explain it. I guess I don't know how to fully put it into words in a post.

I would not believe in a higher power if I had not felt and experienced these things. And in fact I didn't until I did. Funny how a lot of things in life are like that.

I will never get why people use beauty as a reason. No offense Peter, Its just that I see this argument a lot.

I could get into why it doesn't imply a designer, but I don't want to clog the thread up with pages of argument.
