Are you Agnostic, Atheist, or Religious?

I'm Agnostic. I've been Agnostic for almost a year now. I don't believe theres a possibility to actually know whether god exists or not. There could be one, but I simply just don't know.

I would describe myself as Agnostic. I tend to believe in a creator but I won't rule out anything without hard proof. I really dont see Christianity as right though. Christians believe the Bible is the word of God but I can't see why God would create Gay people but condemn them with such homophobic vile in his message in the Bible.

......And Atheist follows...still lagging behind leading Religious by a neck.

Would Ago to the nostic win by a mile?...Would it be a neck and neck finish for 2nd and 3rd place?......Or would there be a surprise finish? It's anybody's guess.

Tune in for undated reports.

Nope, since morals are not exclusive to religion, nor even come from religion.

I'm curious, can you explain what you mean by being a "spiritual being"?

Probably that you believe in a higher power, but don't condone following a specific religion

Breath hit the nail on the head, basically I do have some sense of belonging with the whole human race, I feel part of the family of life, but I do NOT support sectarianism, as a matter of fact my feelings are that that muddy's what should be simple and clear waters.

I feel we are all connected to some degree, basically and that needs no denomination to explain it.

Would you consider yourself a pantheist, or deist, then?

I think we are all connected as well. But they are non-theistic in nature.

You know AEF's....I have never really thought about it. If I had to label, I would probably call my self Beach Bummist...lol I agree with you to some extent, I feel that society has actually ran our of effective competition, so now we fight over who's God is better. I guess I missed that boat, I want to kick back in a lawn chair on the beach, drink an umbrella drink and have a Coke and a smile with all mankind:rockon:

I am starting a new movement.....Beach Bummist:)

I am Atheist. I would have to say that because proof is important to me, I find it hard to let myself follow a faith blindly (No offense intended to anyone religious). I Like that science gives me hard evidence for why the world is how it is.

Personally, I've been witnessing more and more young people who believe in a "higher power" not assign themselves to an organized religion. Maybe we're seeing a large turn down of traditional religion in America based on membership?
