Unless you know for sure (i.e. actually witnessing him cheating) then I wouldn't say anything. Your friend is not going to appreciate you telling them hearsay. If you've personally witnessed this I would say something to your friend.

I could not disagree more, I don't think. That just seems like a really bad idea. Confronting your friends husband who is cheating? Sounds like a recipe for disaster, and a great way to lose a good friend. I can see it now, Flo confronts this dude, the dude goes off on Flo, then he turns to his wife, and tells her that Flo is starting shit saying he is cheating, who is the wife going to believe? Her friend or the father of her children, and husband of X amount of years? Now, wife is mad at Flo, and husband is still cheating. Meanwhile, all that came out of this is Flo lost her friend.

Of course once again, I'm speculating, but my reason for disagreeing is clear.

It wouldn't be the first time for him. I know he did years ago, when the kids were small...and she knew, or found out. I'll never forget it..we were at her house alone and she broke down and told me everything....her heart was broken, but she couldn't leave then because the kids were small.

Personally I'd keep my mouth shut. Leave people's personal life to them, it's none of your business and you wont get any thanks, just greif for getting involved.

You are not related and it's really none of your business. If you found out, I'm sure other people know as well. Hard to keep a secret, but you shouldn't be the one letting the cat out of the bag because some is going to get scratched, usually the person holding the bag.

If it was my absoliute besty, and I knew without a doubt it was true, I would tell her. I know she would want me too and vice versa. Our friendship would surive anything that happened afterwards.

My point of view is different... my family decided to have an intervention with my (ex) wife about rumors around town of me having an affair.... The notion was ridiculous. I have never cheated and will never cheat.. and my best guy friend was fucking the chick I was supposed to be sleeping with... My own family fucking my marriage. That was pretty much the beginning of the end.. and she was the one with shit to hide....

Wouldn't matter IMO who was doing the cheating. None of your business and unless you want to make it your business, keep your mouth shut. Sometimes you got to let life play out.

Now, if I had to say something to someone, it would be the cheater.
