it sounds crazy that someone wouldnt remember it.. not as a stab against you-- but its so vivid in my mind still-- i sometimes wish i were younger when it happened so that it didnt leave such an impression on me...

I disagree, not as a stab against you either, but I'm glad for the impression it left on me. I think it's a good lesson to all mankind that there is still evil in the world, and it must be stopped.

no.. i get that.. i mean.. it just came at a really bad time for me.. (well, not that there was a good time for that to happen ever, but hopefully you catch my drift)

i had only started my freshman year of college 5 days earlier, and all major roadways were blocked off in NJ as well as in NY..there were issues with land lines-and forget about cell phone usage...i couldnt locate some of my family members and friends that worked in the city... i was scared to death that the end of the world was coming (i swear... ) and i couldnt get in contact with any of my family- my mom especially... it is quite a sight to see the towers come crashing down, and quite a few of us went through some serious PTSD, not the best way to begin my college years...
