Adam .... well i cant remember the name of the songs but they all sounded the same with alot of screaming and faces and bad 80's outfits!

So I was FINALLY able to vote @ 11:30 last night and I just checked my phone and I called and voted for Kris 39 times.

The emo looking bloke last night that sang Aerosmith was making me cringe. I thought he was WAY off tune and I couldnt stand listening to him...I also thought he butchered Whole Lotta Love

The Joe Cocker performance was the best of the night IMO.

what a crock tonights show was, the judges pretty much just told Kris goodbye and Adam was gonna win by the way they talked to him. Im pretty sure there is no reason to watch tomorrow.

You never know. I thought Round 1 was kind of a tie...but that last song cinched it for Adam.

Entitled??? I don't get that from him. I think he's very gracious. He knows he has talent and he's confident...but he's very gracious when he gets praise from the judges.

Bad song...it's the AI single this year and it sucks ass. The key was WAY too high for Kris' voice. I don't know if they're allowed to touch the arrangement on that song, but if they ARE allowed he seriously messed up by not bumping it down a key.

Last night Kris sang "Ain't no sunshine" (very good, just like before), "What's Going On" (I didn't like it really) and the new AI single called "No Boundaries" whose lyrics remind me of that stupid fucking Miley Cyrus always gonna be another mountain always gonna climb it whatever song (the key was way too high for him...he struggled through it). Adam sang "Mad World" (fucking AWESOME, just as good as the time before), "Change is gonna come" by Sam Cooke (love that song, he did a good job w/ it), and the AI single "No Boundaries" (personally I think Allison would've pulled that song off perfectly, but it's not a great song for a male to sing. Even though Adam hit the high notes, the song just isn't that good). All in all, I have to give the win to Adam...and I bet it's my ONE vote that put him over!!!

Very good season this year...lots of good talent.

sorry Tash, I know he is your Boy Toy but i can't help but get the "i am a rich kid who is supposed to win" attitude! And Danny would have sang the hell out of that last song, hands down he would have been the one to write that single for!!!

I thought both's performances last night were sub-par. I was really disappointed with the finally. Chris is the less polished performer of the two but his looks may win it for him.

Chris didn't do as well as he could ahve last night...the song cara wrote sunk him...his voice was just so weak after hearing adam belt it out with such force. and i think adam is far more attractive...hes got the whole package going on. Chris on the oter hand is very good with instruements but his face contorts strangely when he tried to belt something out and its not at all attractiv to watch.

point one it is nice to think Adam is attractive but i think you may be barking up the wrong tree on that one if you know what i mean//

now i will agree that adam had the stronger voice on the single, but i dont think he did the melody justice with the shrieking he does, if chris could lower it a key or 2 he would sound great in it

Yes, Kris makes faces. Someone here mentioned that he looks like a camel when he sings and I think that's pretty accurate, actually. He contorts his mouth when he hits his higher notes. It's kinda cute, though.

I get more pleasure listening to nails on a chalkboard than Adams voice....it honestly sets me on edge.

and as for the tongue......yeah, too scary.

I know nothing (gee I sound like Sgt Shultz) about any of the contestants backgrounds, so the "poor me" factor that someone mentioned about Danny never came into the equation.

Adam's got the tongue thing and I can hear him breathe. He sounds like he has asthma!
Chris has a weird mouth and throws his chin off to one side. Reminds me of Rick Moranis.

On another note, Jason Miraz (however his last name is spelled) sounds awesome live. Some, rather, most artists sound horrible live, but he is excellent. I would hate to be one of the American Idol people up there singing with a real start that's better.
