The truth is this in no way effects MY life. Well unless if the police can prove that I have seen one of these pictures... well anyways, when something doesn't effect my day to day life, I tend to not get all 'emotional' about it.
I was hoping you were kidding, evidently not, have you even ever watched the show? The two children are clearly depicted as 8 and 10, not 18, or any other age, save in a few episodes that travel into the future.
A valid point's been raised here that cartoon children are considered people one situation of abuse and not in another. Either they are or aren't. The legisature seems to want to have its cake and eat it too. Of course, determining them as children across the board would mean analyzing every cartoon for potential child abuse violations. :humm:
Perhaps, it is a valid point, however it is NOT illegal to watch an animated child being strangled in a fictional story. Why? I don't know, it just is :shrug:

No need to shout. And yes, we get it, this is obviously against the law in Australia. Just because its illegal though dosent mean I'm going to agree with it, laws change. And it wasn't sexually explicit pictures of minors, it was sexually explicit images of fictional cartoons.
Actually the Simpsons has been on television for 19 years, so technically Bart and Lisa are 29 and 27.

Only person in real life that I know of who dosent think they age over the years is Michael Jackson and I think he's more of a danger to kids than someone who downloads Simpsons porn!
It doesnt matter if they have been on television for 20 years, what matters is they are still depicted as minors.
