Oh I've done it:24: I was speaking to about 50 folks one morning, we were in the middle of a project, behind schedule, and way over budget.

I got the word that despite all the procedures we had in place, there was the evening before a flagrant violation of known safety policies by one of our "Top Tier" contractors.

I flew totally off the handle, and said basically "You mean to tell me that they knew this job was going to require _____________ and they signed a contract stating that the poeple they employed for this project were qualified to ______________ and with all this in mind, they still did ___________ without any fucking person in the entire group qualified to _________.....And not one of our very own safety people found out until after the fucking job was completed?"

Then right before I threw my paperwork down and left the room I said...."After I finish my coffee....Someone is getting way fired":24:

I know nothing about the wa Donald handles his meeting.


and I threw my paperwork.....My assistant went behind me and picked up ans scuried out of the conference room smiling to put everyone at ease:p


I still get ribbing about that one

She knocked on my office door and said "Ummm....Are you okay?"

I fired her......For about the 1,252,1780th time:p

I typically fire her about three or four times a month...Just to keep her on her toes.
