On a very serious note regarding this topic....I have always heard the profanity is a sign of ignorance, a lack of ones ability to utilize the english language, a replacement if you will for a word strikingly more intellectual.

I disagree on one point:

There are some situations...Where that word seems to be the only fitting one. Now bare in mind, I work in a corporate environment, lots of meetings. And I typically bring an assiatant with me, who has worked for me since I left graduate school and was recruited by my company.

I cn get passionate in meetings and she knows when I get in the midst of a rant.....then stop.....That I am trying to find a replacement for......Fuck people....Can't we do better...lol

And I'm not un-educated so we hereby squash that fucking bullshit theory:p

:24::thumbup...my dad and mum taught my sister and I the same about the word FUCK... but they also said, there is a time and place for everything.

LOL what do you think would happen if you did say that Evan?:ninja:24:...I bet everyone would laugh or think you've gone off your rocker.

Fuck is the most encompassing word known to man.

It can mean so many things and cover so many topics...

I just get so frustrated when people think it's a bad word.. It's a fucking word :24: for christsakes.
