Bit off the topic I know but it reminded me of something that happened during the rugby world cup in Australia just over 4 years ago. The final was between Australia and England and an Aussie newspaper printed the address of the hotel the England team were staying at and encoraged people to keep driving past all the night before the final honking their horns and keeping the team awake.
The largest English newspaper then got hold of the guy who wrote this's phone number, printed it with the story and encoraged people to phone him, telling him what they though of this.:24:

I don't think it's so much that the puppy suffered... I think it goes more to the fact that this individual is morally deficient. That it takes a special kind of evil to allow someone the ability to take a helpless life without a seconds though.
It raises the question of what else he is capable of...
