ideal cooking technique for the venison?
Slice into 1/4" thick slices and flash fry in hot coconut oil till it just loses any pinkness then add some Worcestershire sauce and a little steak sauce and cover. Cook on med heat for no more than 5 minutes and it is tender and ready to enjoy. Hard to beat and truly the best meat on a deer beside a neck roast.

Smoked sausage, fried tators, rice and home made bread...finished up by chocolate chip cookies.

Had strip steaks thawed but the wind got so bad I couldn't grill. Opted for steamed shrimp instead with homemade mac&cheese and peas. It was a real hardship but I sucked it up and ate it!:tooth
