Just a bit of a tickle thing going on. But keeping it moist definitely helps.

Nothing wrong with breakfast for dinner. I've had cereal when I didn't feel like cooking/baking.

haha I got the rice thing down, one handful of uncooked rice per person, it measures to the right amount per serve when cooked.

I love chicken curry as long as its not overly spicey
