I made a chicken stir-fry.

It's TortureTheFamily night again..... I have my Purdue chicken in the oven roasting away smelling up the entire house...... It smells so good..... I should go baste it now....

As I was eating said chicken I was watching our resident sandhill cranes sitting in the shade of our oak tree wondering if they tasted like chicken.

Tonight is meatloaf. With yellow rice & peas me thinks..... I want to make an onion/mushroom sauce to go with it but I'm the only one who would enjoy it.... I may make it anyway..... I should probably get on that...

Since Codrus was kind enough to bring us huge steaks last night, we're having cheesesteak sandwiches w/fries tonight. With sauteed onions & mushrooms, mozz cheese and I whipped some mayo, horseradish & mustard together for a spread. Yum.

Another efficient utilization of leftovers. WooHoo!
