I don't eat at McDonald's. But speaking on the diet soda. I don't drink any of my calories. I prefer to get all of my calories from food. This is why I drink no calorie drinks.

Many diet drinks/soda no longer use Aspartame as a sweetner.

Such bullshit. It's easy for people to speak on something they haven't experienced! I'm overweight, I don't overeat. I don't exercise like I should but I don't blame my problem on societies conveniences. I used to walk everyday until it started snowing heavily.
Yeah this is part of my problem.
you come live in Maine and try walking next to traffic because the city sucks at plowing.

I call BS. Obesity isn't a lifestyle, it's the byproduct of the actual lifestyle. Laziness is the lifestyle.

I'm nowhere near 556 but on my behalf I started drinking diet soda when i lost a lot of weight about 5 or 6 years back and I've continued to drink it even though sometimes I eat junk. It's just a taste I've become a custom to.
