Prove to me creationism is real

Okay, let's throw away the GLOBAL UNDERWATER thing, let's just throw it the hell away, and look at the possibility that, areas were flooded, by a GREAT FLOOD, not a planetary flood.

Read it at its merit, do not make it look like I am making something appear that is clearly not there.
Thats what I've always suggested. People back then saw that a big part of where they lived was flooded, and they thought in turn the ENTIRE world was flooded. I'm talking to the people that believe the global flood myth.

People also thought the world was flat up until WAY after biblical tines too. The entire earth was not inhabited at the tie of the flood .. but I'm fairly certain at the time the inhabited parts probably thought they were IN the entire earth .. and were not aware of many other parts of the earth.

Who's to say that the flood isn't what initially created the "rest" of the earth ..a s far as land mass is concerned? It could be what caused continents to break apart, perhaps parts of the ocean floor rose up .. as you stated earlier ..

I think there are alot of "what if's" in this world .. and there are just TOO many that no ne will ever prove in a solid .. without a doubt .. manner.

in one word ....

Hey its ok man, I know what its like to be backed into a corner.

L.M.A.O. :24::24::24:

Stop playing. You know what I'm on about. You just want it to go away.

When have I ever demonstrated a fear of debate with you? Your biggest debating skill is that you never say die. This doesn't make you imposing by any means friend. Don't fool yourself with the argument that last word in a thread = a victory.

I'm actually on something very specific here that AEF is aware of Tim. I'm trying to get an acknowledgment out of him, but nothing is working.

I'll stop. I guess 12 times is enough.

You don't have to stop... I just really want to hear from your side... it seems like I can make good points to never having them addressed.

I would rather hear your look on it... it ain't no fun debating alone.

So are you admitting that it is in fact possible, that the story of Noah is possible?

Maybe it was a great flood, but not global.
Nope, seeing as how the story of Noah doesn't make sense with a smaller, local flood.

If the story of noah is true, and god was right, then there was no need to build such a massive ship, and bring EVERY kind of animal aboard it, since a smaller flood would only effect the animals in THAT region. The rest of the animals would have been fine and they wouldn't have been on the "ark".

You do realize that until said flood .. animals probably didn't exist on the "rest" of the earth .. they were created in a general location and didn't migrate until the continents divided and mved off in different directions.

Also, who's to say they actually had "every" kind of animal . perhaps they had every kind of animal indiginous to the region that was flooded .. and they brought every kind of THAT animal onto the ark? :confused

We can make assumptions all day. Until then, we should go by with what we know, and thats certainly not all of this creation mumbo jumbo.

A global flood no matter how large would not be capable of moving continents. They don't just float in the ocean. The entire face of the earth is separated into tectonic plates that are all connected. A flood could not move continents... just not possible.
