of what will come to my new year? Or hopefully Im just ending the new year bad and hopefully start the new year in good!
John got a flat a few days ago on the way to work. He spent the money to get a new tire. Then the next day on the way to work his car breaks down. I go to pick him up, we take the car to the shop, and they say its gonna be about $3,000 for a rebuilt motor with 55,000 miles on it. :confused So it looks like we will be going car shopping again. :(

what kind of car is it?
wtf did he EVER change the oil? did the enging seize on him or something. I NEED DETAILS!!!!!!!!!!!

Its a Dodge neon. Yep... a dodge neon. Its an 01. He travels a lot back and forth to work, he did change his oil. He bought it used with about 45000 miles on it. I think its got about 90000 miles on it now. It needs new brakes, rims, tires...everything. So its not worth putting more money into it.

Damn cars! You never know when or what will go wrong with them!:( Glad in a lot of ways that I don't have one right now, can cope without it and can cut out this kind of hassle.
I wish I lived close enough to everything to where I didnt need one Peter. :(

We had a $3,200.00 car repair bill right before Christmas. It's just part of life. Stuff breaks. Life is messy. Don't fret. Just do what you gotta do and move on. It has nothing to do with whether 2008 is going to be a 'good' or 'bad' year. ;)

Sorry to hear about the car breaking down though. Car expenses always suck! :yuk
