That is not true. They are wonderful for your back .. I also do them side to side while bringing my knee up and crossing them (not sitting forward). I don't want abs, I just want my tummy firm. Works for me.

i dont mind any noise or texture or anything on this planet, except those stupid ridges on hologram cards, or any small ridges like that, guitar strings whatever. the sound, feel, aaaah, nasty, sometimes it gets so bad i can feel the ridges on my fingers (the print) and i get that nasty feeling (it only got that bad once, dont know why). i cant even hold a guitar unless it has silk strings. aaah, i dont even like talking about it, keep those f-ing hologram cards far far away from me!
