I am still to this day...deathly terrified of the movies nightmare on elm street (any of em) jaws...and chucky...cant watch them to save my life.

I often get up earlier than need be in the mornings so I can enjoy my favourite part of the day...when the first fingers of dawn are reaching across the sky, and everything gives the illusion of being a silhoutte. It's also one of my favourite times of day to photograph.
Depends on how you do em really. Pushups really do alot for your core muscles though.
