If possible you can keep a domestic cat, domestic cats are not as expensive to care for as Angora / Persian cat breeds. Like all my domestic cats, but he's still funny and entertaining.

If you don't want to be expensive, just buy your daughter a cat doll. Very good idea right? They're both cute and adorable but don't need special care, apart from occasional washing to keep them clean. LOL

I will agree with you, a doll cat will suffice so as not to disappoint the child more. Cats are expensive to maintain

Honestly no, I have nothing against cats but I don't like them at all, I love dogs and rabbits. There are people who really like spiders or animals of this type, but they terrify me. Spiders are definitely not something I would have as a pet.
