i just wanna ask a question from all of you what do think which sport is best for gaining fitness ...???
As far as i think football is best one.. what do you think.??
A lot of sports require a good amount of exercise. I think Soccer (foot ball in the Europe countries). I say this as there is only 1 break through the game. They do a lot of sprinting with very little stop periods. Legs must get a workout that's for sure.
Next I would probably say basketball.
