This is the U S of fucking A. If a few brown skinned folk get shot up, so be it. Put that shit on page nine unless some white guy got caught in the cross fire.
:umno But I know you're not serious

But I am serious about how stupid americans think.
The point was made that if this was a brown skinned shooter in a Christian church shooting fine white folk, it would be on every front page for weeks. We would be looking for the next country to invade and the brown folk in this country would need to hide again fearing repercussions from redneck vigilantes looking for street justice.
and that point is right on the money
It's crap and unproveable, but don't let that stop your venting. Venting is healthy.
Let the little morons live in their dream world. So how's this for evidence to support my claim?
Almost 4 years in office and nearly 1 in 6 Americans still think Obama is a Muslim. That's over 55,000,000 idiots
And it's nearly 1/3 of all conservative republicans.

This post is more of a "look at me" and "they should be ashamed of themselves"
..
Also, this thread seems to have an anti-America feel to it. But maybe that's just because I'm American, so I tend to notice it more. idk.

There are an estimated 700,000 Sikhs living in the U.S. with only about 300 families in San Antonio. The tight knit community has experienced an outpouring of support in the wake of the shooting. They were pleased to be joined by members of other faiths as they mourn the deaths of the shooting victims.
"San Antonio in my opinion is known for its diversity and cooperation across racial lines, ethnic lines and religious lines," said Imam Omar Shakir who represented local Muslims. "It's just a reassurance of what we already knew we had here and that's just a faith community and just a human community that cares about all human beings."
BIRMINGHAM, Alabama -- Since last Sunday’s shooting of six Sikhs at a temple in Wisconsin, there has been an outpouring of sympathy in Birmingham for Sikhs, a minority religion in India with men who wear turbans and are often mistaken for Muslims.
Christians, Jews, Muslims and local government officials have expressed sympathy and many will be in attendance today at the 11:30 a.m. service at the Sikh Gurudwara of Bessemer, 3335 Morgan Road, the only Sikh temple in the Birmingham area.
“There’s been an outpouring of support from Jewish, Christian and Muslim groups,” said Sundeepa Kaur Chugh, a Sikh who moved from India to Alabama 17 years ago.
“They are feeling the pain and hurt that we have,” she said. “What the shooter did does not reflect on who Americans are. How Americans have responded does reflect on the nation. People have apologized as if they were responsible and of course they are not. If you ignore somebody else’s pain and don’t reach out, there’s no healing.”
