Do English people wear paper crowns at Christmas? I've seen this in a few movies about English people.

When my parents were still alive we had a family christmas at their place. My niece married a Brit and it was a ritual to open up these things i would call a popper. You pulled on each end and it made a pop. There would be a small surprise inside along with a paper tiara of some sort.

Tradition here too. They're called Bon Bons and AA is right. You pull an end each and the winner gets the paper crown...a little toy, and a joke thats inside. If you DONT wear your crown, you're a pikerIts just not Christmas without Bon Bons
I've drank Canadian/American beer. Id worry about your own brushes![]()
