Baking a cake with diet soda? Yuck at the calories on that cake

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Spray pan with nonstick spray. I used PAM for baking

I used Dr. Oetker Organic Vanilla Cake Mix 16.2 Ounce
1 can of diet soda any flavor.... I used Orange Zevia brand
I reconstituted a bag of dried cranberries and mixed them into the batter.

Topping
Mix in one bowl
1 container of Weight Watchers Amaretto Cheese Cake Yogurt
A container of Whipped Cream Cheese or Neufchatel
Mix to combine with a hand/stand mixer

I then took 4 MMMmaple Granola bars by Natures Path broken them up and put them in a blender and used the chop button to chop them up finely and then coated the cake once it was cooled with the Yogurt/Cream cheese mixture. I sprinkled the granola crumbles on top and Boom....


I regret that I should have used egg whites or an egg substitute as a binding agent. But it tastes delicious!
