That is the beauty of america though!

In her belief, if she gets preggo its because a higher power deemed her fit to do so! after all as they say "pregnancy is a blessing"

I understand the point of view and the opinions posted in this thread but really? how are these people affecting you?
they a probably more financially sound than most of us, and the 20000 children has nothing to do with it.

The man is frugal to say the least, and financially smart! The family is accustomed to their standard of living and they pretty much lead their lives within their means (which is far more than what can be said for the rest of society). So the gripe/concern is that some of the kids, raise the other kids... Well its sort of like a mom handling her kids in a grocery store, or a father disciplining his children... Not really of your fucking business LOL

I dont know why some of you get your panties in a wad over these folks, when there are non-working-already-on-welfare pieces of shit that believe adding another child to their family is a benefit simply because the government will give them more.

Those are the people who really need to be looked at, the lazy folks that don't work, don't wanna work, but think its a good idea to reproduce like rabbits to increase that child tax credit as much as possible :|

Her own family daughters included would raise the baby

That shouldn't be their responsiblity, IMO. Oh well...I reckon it's her body and she's free to continue to damage it as much as she wants. Hopefully the baby has an easier time this time around...the last one almost died.

the only legitimate issue is the well-being of a fetus being developed in a 45 year old woman's body.

Because some peoples lives are not complete unless they bitch about others, especially those that are doing better than themselves. Kick in the ones that are on welfare as you mentioned and they have a real shitfest on their hands and don't know what to do with themselves except bitch on an internet forum where all the worlds problems are solved in 500 posts or less. :24:

Back in the " old days " it was common for folks to have 10 kids or more. Without them they wouldn't have been able to scratch out a living off the land. I suppose because it's no longer socially acceptable because we can get all the groceries we want from the supermarkets.

Right on it is her body and whatever she does is her business
I would support also her decision to abort ( not that she would do that)

(hey, i am at work)

Working your ass off again eh? :p

It would be a great story if they had adopted 20 orphaned children instead of propagating 20 additional resource consumers.

But then what the heck - have as many kids as you want - the Earth has unlimited human carrying capacity, right?

hell yeah im working my ass off, and watching fox news while im at it :| ...
GTFO & leave that shit for the political section!

I seriously doubt this family of 20 is going to bring down humanity, unless they all go apeshit and become zombies, infect all 50 people living in arkansas or wherever they live and somehow manage to spread the infection to the rest of the united states! Then suddenly from out of space comes a runaway planet, hurtling between the Earth and the Moon, unleashing cosmic destruction! Man's civilization will be cast in ruin!

But worry not!
There will be hope!
For two thousand years later, Earth will be reborn... A strange new world rises from the old: a world of savagery, super science, and sorcery. But one man will bursts his bonds to fight for justice (not like the douche bags in OWS)! With his companions: Fuzzwifers the Mok, their children Addie, Lala and Tasha the COPPER, he pits his strength, his courage, and his fabulous Sunsword against the forces of evil...

Only then i guess those 20+ people could be blamed for the destruction of the planet.

brb getting my sunsword!

From a pure sociological interest standpoint, without triggering aggressive defense against random internet opinion they'll never see, it's likely they will perpetuate large families for many generations...it's not just 20 people...imagine if each of the 20 kids has something like 5 kids each, and that's low balling it.

That's 100 more religious freaks with bad fashion sense.

Jesus sneakers? yeah, because i am the single most religious person you've NOT met in the internet right? :|

Sadly, I guess you didn't get the Thudarr the Barbarian reference, but that is alright.

And yes, I work my ass off enough to have a few minutes to browse the forums and post in them... just not enough to try and make lame attempts at calling someone (whom i don't know) out.

You can put it that way... or this way:

There are millions (so they claim) of these OWS types out there, most of whom are young and sadly will at some point reproduce... that is like million more lazy, undeserving, demanding whiners crying about corporate greed while wearing banana republic shirts, Armani scarves and blogging about corporate greed and how their double mocha from Starbucks is so yummy from their iphones.

i dunno about you but i'd take the 100 bible preaching' nutjobs! After all that is nothing a few warning shots can't handle

:D

I hold the relatively benign opinion these people are slightly annoying and irresponsible, with a touch of potentially dangerous religious misguidance. There are a few legitimate issues with large families, but I have no interest in demonizing their character or that of families like them...nor OWS supporters, nor people on welfare...I don't share the opinion that the latter two groups are comprised of pieces of shit, like you said. I'm one of those people who thinks maybe a good chunk of them are honest/sincere.
