The problem with Walcott is, in my eyes, his decision making. Like sometimes he fires over the bar when he maybe should have passed or passes when he should have shot. Though on some occasions he has shown this isn't an issue (Tottenham last year for example). I'm not sure what the problem is with Arshavin....he's very good on his day but far too many off days. Plus, and not to sound cruel....he looks a little overweight, from when he first joined Arsenal for example. I might just be having the wrong ideas but it looks it.

Also apparently talks are taking place between Ashley Young's representatives and Man United, would be a pretty swish signing for me.

The Nari rumours aren't going away. Apparently he's said talks are ongoing between him and Arsenal, but there's still doubt there. Lots of rumours flying around.

And Wesley Sneijder has pledged his future to Inter.

Clichy is good. Not as good as Evra but better than Ashley Cole.

Not improved? Young, if you've bothered to watch him, has been consistently good this season for Villa, his delivery is pretty good and he can take a good free kick. It's worth the gamble because his delivery is, on a consistent basis, better than Nani's and Park's. That's why it's ultimately worth the money spent. Jones is an investment for the future, he's only 19 and will get better and better here. Plus it's not like Ferdinand and Vidic can play every game because they can't. We could potentially play nearly 60 games next season, that's a lot for one player to play.

Also De Gea's a done deal, he's just waiting till the Euro's have finished to sign on the dotted line.

So to me you could have spend that Jones & Young money what £35+ million on Someone world class and have Improved Hazard Sanchez Sneijer Mata ect...

Ashley Young is an improvement, what part of that do you fail to understand?

And way to gloss over my point, I said Young's CROSSING is better than Nani's, in that his crosses are more successful, which they are. I said nothing of his assist total. Which again will go up here because he's around better players.

And I never said Jones was an improvement of the players we have at the back, I said he was an investment for the future to play alongside the players we have now and get better.

Learn to read and move on.

Me personally and everyone one else in the world would prefer to have Nani Valencia Or park in their Team... hell I'd prefer Giggs. Young would improve Liverpool side yeah... But not yours

Yeah that's because most teams in the world have inferior players to Nani, Valencia and Park. But again the point is being glossed over, Ashley Young's delivery of the ball from a position on the wing was better, on a consistent basis last season, to Nani's. He's a better winger than park because Park struggles on the wing for lack of some pace, while Valencia is better but can't play near 60 games. You can't compare Valencia and Young last season though for obvious reasons.

Plus you have to remember, very soon 9/18 players in a matchday squad will have to be homegrown. Which is another reason for signing English players Whereas Mata, Sneijder etc aren't and never will be homegrown.

Look I'm not saying Young is sh*t... I'm saying if i was "man u"... That £35.5+million would have signed me Sneijer someone of that ilk... Then that would have been a Improvement... Young is no improvement to a man u team... he took all of aston villas corners and free-kicks so of course he's gonna have a decent assist amount.

Did you not read where I said "just in the league"... Those goals and assists for Nani are just in the League games...
