Ok lately i find that is hard to keep up with Breakfast ..My son started now not to want cereal for breakfast..
He still drink a glass of milk every morning, but having toast with jam or honey all the time does not want ..and also this is not very filing for breakfast... i mean make you hungry fast ..as he does not eat at school anything and come home about 3pm and eat then ..need something to keep him longer full.. He does not complain but
any cheap ideas will be great ..

it is easy to find lots of stuff but some cost a lot so are out :D

Oatmeal is a good meal and if you have some toast with it, you can easily stay full till after lunch.

Why doesn't your son eat at school?

Fruit for breakfast is a great way to go.
Also yogurt and granola cereal.
Or you can add fruit to the yogurt.

Do you guys have frozen waffles there? I mean they aren't the greatest breakfast food ever or anything, but they are more than cereal or toast. :D

It's not the worst thing he could eat in the morning. It's not Pop Tarts or Captain Crunch. :D

Ah yes. I understand. Oatmeal might be your best avenue. It's cheap and you can dress it up with whatever you like. :D

I will try it ..will see on Monday now ... and then after a week ..(when he is home don't bother me about breakfast ).... he have exams now so he is home most of the days this week... had school only yesterday and today this week.... and next week one day..

he will hate the day today after one test he have to wait 2 hours for the next :D
but they can leave school told him go out and eat

I never was good with Breakfast i started about a year ago to eat breakfast usually had coffee only ..everyone else was happy with just ceseal ... and sometimes pancakes on Sundays :D

true and thats when everyone home during the week everyone eat different times
I make pancakes and I keep the oven on warm and just made a whole bunch and leave the rest in the oven when someone wants some they just help themselves. Also you can pop them in the microwave for a 30 sec and they are pretty good.

My son's fave breakfast is a grilled cheese with and egg inside it. I fry an egg and then take two slices of bread and place the egg between the cheese slices and bread.. then fry it up.. he loves it.. and since he's a picky eater it's a great way to give him protein and calcium.

to make pancakes have to start like about 5:30am around there.... my husband leave home at around 6:30..my son eat breakfast just a little after 7am and leaves home 7:45am so it is difficult for pancakes to make on the same day

but i will try the one with eggs but he does not eat eggs a lot he... is picky with food for breakfast the most ..

Make pancake/waffle batter and keep it in the fridge.
Quiches are easy to make and reheat nice in toaster oven/oven.
Breakfast shakes with frozen fruit (especially blueberries), protein powder, bananas,
Poched eggs on toast.
Muffins(although one donut typically is better for you, true fact)
fruit salad and cottage cheese
