You know what was epic though? Watching the Legends game before the game, and seeing Will "The Thrill" crank one to right of Hall of Famer Gaylord Perry, and run to first to hug JT Snow.
That was priceless.

too bad the Red Sox have played the Cardinals in three world series....would have been un-be-fuc*ing lievable in 2003 if they had got to play the Cubs....Yankees/Dodgers is the 70s all over again...the 1988 Dodgers/A's was just a shocker, especially after the A's swept the Red Sox in the ALCS...when the Giants played the A's in 1989, I remember the quake game...
