Sledding when you don't have a sled

Have you ever tried it? If so, what did you use that worked and what didn't? That's my lover and I's current situation. Well, his more than mine. I want to sled, but he's about to pee his pants figuring out how lol.
We've tried a laundry basket, chair cushion wrapped in a trash bag, two different trash can lids... no go.

Any idea on what to try next?

There's this big hill in a park by the house I grew up in. We used to use cardboard boxes folded over. That was on dirt though, is it snowing in AR?

He just 'pffft'd the cardboard idea lol. But no, not right now. It snowed this morning though, hard. We have about a foot on the ground right now.




He's looking for candles to rub on the bottom of the laundry basket now lol.

Don't take it personal, he pffft'd most of mine too lol. He gave up the candle search and rolled deodorant all over the basket. He's testing it now. He makes me lol =]

We tried the lids. We're too big lol. Wheels? Like rolley chairs?
