Are there going to be rules on people are involved voting? If you've entered, can you vote so long as it's on someone else, or just not at all?

Correct, you cannot vote for your photo, MUST be someone else's photo, though the voting is open to everyone including those who haven't submitted a photo (how could I stop them anyway? :24
