Problems like what? This is my first hosting of the competition, so any useful tips would be helpful :thumbup

Mainly just confusion...and then complaints that some of us don't have access to Photoshop and, therefore, won't be on the same level as others. For instance, I have never used Photoshop in my life...so for someone who is rather proficient in it to compete against someone like me (IF heavy photoshopping is allowed, more than black and white conversion) isn't a level playing field. Previously the rules have always been minimal photoshopping for issues such as lighting.

OK, first of all there are software you don't necessarily have to fork out for the full version of Photoshop

The rules about photoshopping is that you can only convert it to b/w and add a little bit of lighting if the people want to, sharpening is also allowed
