I made some peanut butter cookies today turn nice just not the cookies i will enjoy


but i like the fruit and choc chip cookie
when the peanut butter cookies finish i will make the other that i like :willy_nilly:

I love peanut butter cookies over chocolate chip. Oh, you mentioned fruits? I can go for that too

can not sleep and having a damn headache .. even with the headache feel bored the times seems to pass slow ..i even went and done my eyebrows lol i notice from the pic i posted needed to remove few small hair lol

now all nice again but the boredom is still there

I think i am having too many coffees been only 11.8°C does go good to have a cup of coffee but ending up having too much

i am cold and i am really tempted to open the airon but thinking of the bill bill after

trying to not start the aircon that soon but i hate cold .. wearing think socks jeans and a good warm top still cold :mad

What an idiot i am i forgot about it is starting holly week so i bought lots of meat for the week for food ..and left with not much money i guess i may borrow from the saving money about 20 bucks and go get some veggies
for me to eat

I will be fasting this week just me not the rest of the family

here some Categories of Foods

Category I
Meat and Meat Products (includes beef, pork, chicken, etc., as well as items which have beef gelatin [such as some commercial brands of gelatin], lard [some commercial breads and crackers], etc.)

Dairy Products (includes butter, eggs, milk, cheese, etc., as well as items containing dairy whey, milk extracts, etc.)

Fish (includes sardines, tuna, bass, trout, shark, pike, etc. but not shell fish such as lobster, shrimp, crab, oysters, scallops, clams, mussels, etc.)


Category IV
Olive Oil (according to some, this would extend to all oil) and Wine (which includes all alcoholic beverages such as whiskey, beer, etc.)


Ok i will be doing cutting the I, II, III. From Monday until Thursday (actually Thursday not suppose to eat anything until late evening but anyway)

and Friday what i wrote above but will cut the IV too

I am doing well lol i don't need to buy lots of stuff made few dishes with things that i had home ..

I have for today also but only need for for one more day
Friday will be just salad all day with no oil lol but have all at home

just thinking to go to the shops and buy some eggplant and cook this food

i love this food :willy_nilly:
but i eat a lot of bread with it

Eggplant is one of my faves. That looks so delicious especially with the tomatoes....Yum!!

i eat this with a lot of bread a reason i don't make this often

i didn't make it this time i was lazy to go to the shops and get some eggplants

but i will make this one day for sure another vegan dish that i like is briam..mixed veggies
you can cook it in cooking pot or just in the oven ..
most use the oven...but i do like to leave some nice juice from the food that i can dip lots of bread :willy_nilly:

some make it more dry

most common veggies that been used on this dish are ...some eggplant, potatoes, tomatoes, zucchini, and a little of bell peppers ...

I had a nice laugh yesterday was watching MasterChef
and she was one greek lady there ..
and they had to cook crocodile anyway none did before so everyone trying but the fun part was she made a salad to go with it and said i stick to what i know and made a Greek salad ..when i saw the salad i was ahh what the hell she is doing does she now how you make Greek salad


when they try the food the other chef said i let George comment on the salad (as he is Greek )

anyway George get the plate with the salad and goes what's this? is this have balsamic vinegar when did Greek use that on the salad lol and then say also is this lettuces on the salad when did you see that on Greek salad lol i almost fall down laughing :24:
and she said thats how i know

Greek Salad does not contain lettuces everyone know that ..yes many places use them and call it greek salad but it is not correct

when we went to some people to visit last week we had some wine there and was soooo nice very light great if you don't want to drink something with high alcohol content

Yesterday and today its not the best days ..dont even know the reason my gum is like showllen on top of my lip
and its not comfortable at all
also the teeth around there hurt

i just had enough 2 dyas of this hope get better fast but
until this happen i just got some home made ouzo that i got (one of my uncle made it) and drink a little and hold it on my mouth for few seconds..anyway for few mins the pain gone..
and i can not feel a damn thing .. nice to have few mins no pain
but i drink it after lol ..and not good to drink a lot of that it is around 80% alcohool :24:
