i want a coffee but i can not have any ..i went and had a shower before then made a coffee and had one sip and throw it away after as i notice the time was few minutes after 10pm

i have to do a blood test in the morning and no eating or having any drink for like 8 hours
water fine

but to be sure i thought about 10 hours best


hmm i should had the coffee first and then have the shower ..too late now

i guess early to sleep tonight the time will past fast and go as early i can in the morning :ninja

Thornless what can i say that's very nice of you to say this i don't get a lot of comments in life so not even sure what to say back


and also to say about my morning
i went to bed early like 12:30pm took me awhile to fall asleep but i didn't get up :p

anyway in the morning busy until my son goes to school then i got quick ready and left ..i was at the doctors for the blood test about 8:30am
all done in few minutes then i thought before i go back to look around in this small shopping centre(few shops there anyway) and maybe get a mascara i need and a nail polish remover
looked few shops with some clothes there walk a little then went to take the stuff i need all good going to pay and leave then i see everything blurry i went and sit on the damn floor i almost fall down
i think i stay too much with out eating or even have water

now i am thinking about it i think last time i had food was yesterday about 7pm just one hot dog
and a glass of water at 11:30pm
and i had to walk 23 minutes to get to the shops

already mention all this here so better tell what the results too

all good like liver sugar cholesterol ..and few more

but low on red blood cells but still on average just low on there
that why i asked for iron to check

and very low on vitamin D

i guess happy about all this good results i must say :p

I made some peanut butter cookies today turn nice just not the cookies i will enjoy


but i like the fruit and choc chip cookie
when the peanut butter cookies finish i will make the other that i like :willy_nilly:

I was so tired today i fall asleep on the couch of a one and a half hour :D
only is it was after 7pm so will see if i can sleep at night

I went for a nice walk at 5:30pm for 43 minutes
i could walk more as i was not walking fast but got me tired am not used too
i felt it after

thinking to go again tomorrow i think 45 minutes everyday is good as if i walk less will do nothing as it is slow walk

hmm i was correct like i knew the answer before i go for the test today ..

low on iron at level 7 anyway not surprised there

and the bad weather raining today i could not walk :(

damn it is 7:30am and am hungry:( and i did eat about 4am salad was just with 2 small tomatoes and a little of banana pepper ..and onion ..lol that's all i had

I hope your Hct ( Hematocrit ) and Hgb ( Hemoglobin) were good :thumbup

If RBC ( Red Blood cells ) is the one that's low: eat bitter melon, green leafy veggies, beans/legumes, red meats, egg yolk and seafoods. These foods can also increase your Iron...if it comes out low too ;)

Vit D and being anemic ( low RBCs, Iron and Hct/Hgb ) almost always come hand in hand after we've had kids ( as explained by my Gyne/OB ) given the amount of blood loss during delivery and further aggravated by our monthly visitor :p Hence we need to supplement it with Vitamin D and iron and manage our nutrition/diet

You seem to eat healthy--just supplement that. You'll do well :D:thumbup
