The F.A.Cup thread

There was contact alright, you need your eyes testing if you can't see it. The mistake Agger made was getting that close, all he had to do was close down the angle so Berba couldn't get near goal, it's a mistake in judgment more than anytihng. But contact was made.

I'm also writing an email to ITV to get Jim Beglin kicked off any future Manchester United games as he clearly hates us.

Andy Townsend is a liar, he lied about being Irish because he wasn't good enough to play for England.

Gerrard, as I stated before, went in two footed. Which these days you can't do, it's dangerous play. If you go in high like he did, red card. He made no contact whatsoever with the ball and rightfully got sent off.

Rafael on the other hand went in one footed and won the ball, Gerrard can have neither of these claims.

I watched it again and again and I'm afraid you've got it mixed up. Gerrard went in two footed, didn't win the ball, and COULD have broken Carrick's leg. Rafael's in comparison was fairly trying to win the ball, which he did, and committed no foul on Mereiles. I think Gerrard was just angry at the time, but there's no justification for that tackle. Not the worst tackle I've ever seen, but still enough to dictate Gerrard had to go.

I also like how ITV's completely shocking coverage failed to mention the fact we could also have been awarded two more penalties (Skrtel on Evans and the Giggs incident) but with such professionalism from them I have come to expect nothing less.
