I have been gloating and rubbing in every play that Al's made tonight... MIL's fiancée is a Rider fan... I am so tired of Rider Pride that I was very happy.. and very tipsy at the end of the game...You have absolutely NO idea how chipper I am about this. It's not so much that the Als won...I really don't like them. BUT I live in SK and I'm a Bomber fan. I've been getting sick and tired of listening to all the Rider crap. The whole Rider Pride thing is just gay.:ninja
That would probably end up being Calgary or Sask... it's usually the worst weather...the Canadian Champ should play the super bowl champs (NFL)....then you'd have a North American Cup...and have it played in the worst weather (find the place that has snow forecast that day and not in some warm climate) and I would watch that.
The NFL would slaughter the CFL. There is no comparison regarding the talent level. :surrender Our balls are bigger, though.the Canadian Champ should play the super bowl champs (NFL)....then you'd have a North American Cup...and have it played in the worst weather (find the place that has snow forecast that day and not in some warm climate) and I would watch that.
think one half Canadian. or have it settled by coin tossThat would probably end up being Calgary or Sask... it's usually the worst weather...
But which football rules would they use?
Yeah, there's that too. Completely different games. Oh, and Winnipeg and Edmonton can have pretty nasty weather too. :nod:That would probably end up being Calgary or Sask... it's usually the worst weather...

Very different games yes.. but lots of the CFL players are from NFL too...Yeah, there's that too. Completely different games. Oh, and Winnipeg and Edmonton can have pretty nasty weather too.
A lot of our players are Americans who can't make the NFL. :surrenderVery different games yes.. but lots of the CFL players are from NFL too...
The boys tonight were playing in Edmonton.. and it was around -10C at the end of the game...I think having the Super Bowl in a warm climate (or for that matter in a dome) is just crazy.
That's true too.. but then again the American leagues are flooded with players trying to make it... there is less competition up here..A lot of our players are Americans who can't make the NFL. :surrender
they can have either the heritage classic or the winter classic as the backdrop and play the game between periods...combine the two sportsThe boys tonight were playing in Edmonton.. and it was around -10C at the end of the game...
:24: That's some good stuff right there.:thumbup Make it so.they can have either the heritage classic or the winter classic as the backdrop and play the game between periods...combine the two sports
the quarters would be reduced to 10 minutes and no tv timeouts...this could work!!!!That would be a long ass day! :eek
