Spurs 1-1 Blackpool. Spurs 4th place dreams all but over and the 5th place ones could be gone this time next week. Not much of a game until Gareth Bale was the victim of a horrendous sounding tackle by Charlie Adam and a serious injury too. Then Blackpool get a penalty when Dawson handled, however Adam missed. Then seconds later Gomes has a rush of blood and brings down Keith Souhern in the area, Adam scored at the second attempt. Defoe equalised for Spurs. Good result for Blackpool though.

In other news, West Ham will go down next week if they lose to Wigan after only drawing 1-1 with Blackburn.

EDIT : Charlie Adam's tackle. Disgusting tackle in my opinion. He really should face retrospective action for that.

Her's having a scan on Monday I believe, presumably after the swelling has gone down enough. I think he's probably done ligament damage. I'd be amazed if he played again this season.

He's barely been fit all season anyway, spurs should cash in on him before the world realises he's a crock.

It's not that I don't see another side signing him. I just feel that the team who potentially could have better players already, so why do it? We shouldn't because our wide players are better than Bale, Chelsea's clearly are, he wouldn't go to Arsenal, nor would Arsenal spend that amount of money on him. Man City would just because they can but again don't really need him. Barcelona obviously don't need him and Real Madrid have much better players in midfield. Italiian football might suit though.

Wolves beating West Brom upsets me, I want Wolves to go down.

I wouldn't want him at Arsenal lol, we'd barely make use of him.

I'd tell him go to Liverpool. They're in the market for wingers, a big centre forward to get on the end of crosses. Alas he's tasted Champions League football, so he'll go to Man City. When has being overstaffed stopped Man City? :D

I blame you if they come back and win 3-2.

Wilshere is lucky not to be sent off, nasty little challenge.

Interestingly if this does stay the same and Man City do beat Spurs on Tuesday, the gap between them and Arsenal would be 2 points.

2-1, Van Persie. Then immediately Walters makes it 3-1. To be fair Stoke deserve this, they've been by far the better side.

We're all over Chelsea here, absolutely dominated it. They're fortunate it's only 1-0.

2-0, Vidic. Number 19 is this close.

How is Ivanovic still on the pitch? He should have had a second yellow for the Rooney foul. I know it's a big game but come on. I also feel Luiz could be coming off at half time, he's been helpless.
