I went to the back yard with my camera just now. I was going to take a shot but the trees are in full leaf stage and it's obscured the view. I would have to go to a different part of the yard to get it and this being a farm it's a big back yard. I'm too tired for that right now.

The Okanagen rivals it. And I left to go to Kentucky, which tops both.

Ah, sorry, thought you were talking about Vancouver. Mt. Baker is north of Seattle, I believe.

Lake Whatcom is near the Canadian border, which confused me also, since WA has also a Vancouver themselves

You can't compare Vancouver BC to Vancouver WA..

Vancouver WA is more of a suburb of Portland Oregon ..

Vancouver BC is our main city in BC..

Both have their individual beauty but cannot be compared..

I don't know, because I haven't been to either, just to Bellingham, WA

Nope. The winters are too cold there. Kentucky is nice but it isn't in Canada fyi.

It's north of Seattle just across the international border. If you Google Mt. Baker and see the view from the south ( US side ) it's not nearly as nice a shot. It's still an active volcano btw.+

I do have much better shots of it. I posted that one mainly due to the cloud formation in the middle of it. I thought it was interesting.

I don't know, because I haven't been to either, just to Bellingham, WA

If you were there in the summer you should have been able to see that big rock. Bellingham is a bit over a 1/2 hour drive from the border.
