I could give two fucks about church and most of these "needy" people around here. We get fucksticks who hold up signs asking for hand outs if you can stand in one place and are unemployed you can take your little feet to a shelter or unemployment line.

And regardless of all of that, no one here ever claimed that people aren't hypocritical. If you ask me, the most hypocritical self-serving people in the country tend to be the "strongly religious" people. They get on their pedestals and their high horses talking about moral values and shoving religion down people's throats, and yet they can't be bothered to do the simple things like giving their time to a homeless shelter.
Do I believe every religious person is like this? No. But the more radical they are, the less helpful they are and the less good they do. They preach that we must be more like God when they can't be bothered to practice what they preach.
There's a reason I no longer associate myself with an organized religion. I have my beliefs, but I don't go to church. When I have time, I will volunteer and give back to those less fortunate than myself. I will NEVER be a hypocritical radical Christian.

Regardless, a discussion has an ebb and flow to it and it is in the nature of discussion for things to go off track. That being said though; you pretty much ask for your threads to be derailed Kelvin. Your attitude of ridiculous superiority because you live in the "5th richest country" in the world is quite honestly comical. If you don't want your threads to be derailed, you should probably not do the following:
a) derail your own threads on a regular basis for another unfounded diatribe on the United States
b) derail other people's threads for the same reason listed in a)
