No thanks. I don't like excluding people for the sake of excluding them. In fact, when these people came to speak to us about school shootings and bullying, they said that exclusion was a form of bullying; I agree, that's completely true.
Then you will go through life believing you are always being bullied. There will always be someone else who gets a raise instead of you, someone else invited to a party instead of you, someone else who gets asked on a group outing instead of you, someone else who gets the job instead of you, someone else who gets a lot of things instead of you.
Hope you are prepared to be excluded through out the rest of your life because you will not always get to take part in everything you want to.
