Evidently my very verbose and extremely informative as well as descriptive explanation of my budget items was too difficult for my boss to understand, so I had to spend 45 minutes explaining 6 items to him, why we need them, and the issues that would result if we didn't get them.

i have to do that every month...then make 4 copies and send them to people who i have to re-explain it to
