After all of the... ugliness with the pagan thread, I've opted to build up rather than tear down.
It offended me that certain newbs were elevated seemingly capriciously over more deserving newbs, so I hereby announce...
Wherein you pick a newb that you think has potential and help them out a bit. Reps here, tokenz there, kind of like the Big Brother program (the nice one- not the 1984 George Orwell version)
You get to see your newb rise up the charts and one day grow up and become VIP all on their own.
I've adopted Cindy Lou. She's already gone up almost 50 spots to number 266.
