Someone seriously put SALMON on a list of rich-people foods? HA!Caviar, its ok but nothing special
Oreos - Seriously, why are you Americans mad for this shit? :yuk
most food impresses me... honestly... except for onions and tomatoes..... I've never tried oysters
Oysters are yuck!
There's not much that doesn't impress me with food, as long as it doesn't have a gross texture. I am more of a texture eater than a flavor eater. I don't care how good it tastes, if it feels weird, there is no second bite!

and SMoked oysters:thumbup
The texture does take some getting used to. But once you master that, and savour the flavour (he he I rhymed) you will be converted.
i LOVE all seafood. Living on the coast helps. Nothing beats fresh seafood
One of my favorite tricks is to grill them.
Just lay them on the grill - opened - and drizzle a little italian dressing and a sprinkle of parm. Close the lid on the grill for about 3-4 minutes. Fucking awesome.
MMMMM:thumbup
Are you a chef?
I saw your photo on the other thread cookin up a storm.
My hubby used to work at the local fish co-op. He still holds the record for most whiting filleted in a day.
We used to get HEAPS of free fish, lobster tails, prawns and mussels
Indeed, my chosen profession.
I have worked with many chefs. Some good....most arseholes (not saying YOU are though)
Do you insist on being called "Chef" or can the staff use your real name?
